Lago del Desierto
Discovering the Patagonias. We reach Lago del Desierto early morning where we have to take the ferry to Chile. We were the first to get to the argentinian border so we had to wait 3 hours for the ferry, plus another two for our bags, carried in donkeys - 18km walk in the middle of the bushes, there's only a straight pass for pedestrians and animals. Because it was freezing and the guards were not inclined to help us, we decided to lit the fire in the cabin where they used to cook. They weren't very happy about it but more people started gathering in their cabin and they unwillingly ended up allowing us to stay there. Blessings in disguise! Thank you!
