Arrived Eger, went straight to the Cathedral where I sat, prayed, wrote. Inside the Cathedral, a girl in her late teens is being photographed by what I suspect to be her mother. She poses. Smiles. Uncovers the leg - she's wearing a mini-skirt with a cut on the side, almost all the way up to her waist. The mom is taking long to take the picture, her face changes not being able to keep the smile any longer. And i watch. For a moment I felt tempted to photograph the scene but for some reason changed my mind.
On my way to Eger I was playing a selection I called "memory lane", some of my favourite songs from the ABBA, Paul Young, Whitesnake, Cutting Crew, Foreigner, Sinead O'Connor... I believe in angels - the ABBA sang for me. I do I do I do! And I smile and feel very grateful for everything. For all the girls I loved before (no, didn't play this one, but sounded appropriate)
Love is timeless. And I sing the Ho'oponopono, an ancient Hawaiian practice for forgiveness and reconciliation. I love you. I am sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you.
I leave the Cathedral to visit the Minaret and the castle.
